With the Uniforma Series you can expect to get
the finest inline technology in the world. The trim - in - place thermoforming,
designed with care, adds ample ease and convenience to your processes.
After having developed such a unique thermoformer, need was felt to
back it up with a sheet extrusion unit that would qualitatively match
the performance of the thermoformer. Thus evolved the K series sheet
line extruder. The continuous liner extrusion is
synchronized to match the cyclic motions of thermoformer using an
indigenous technology. This enables complete control of the process
and delivers high quality products.
The process The inline machine comprises a sheet extrusion system and thermoforming machine integrated
into one unit using WonderSoftcontrols. The granulates are melted and
extruded as a sheet by the sheet line extruder is directly fed in
the thermoforming unit. A high-end technology enables temperature control
to a high degree of precision. The forming takes place using Servo
plug-assistpressure in combination with vacuum. The in-mould cutting
completes the thermoforming process. In order to achieve high precision and
thus complete control over the process, Uniforma incorporates the
Wondersoft machine control systems. . |

Advantages of
Uniforma >Low energy
consumption : Since the sheet is fed directly in
to the thermoformer in hot condition, the power
consumption of heaters in the thermoformer is reduced.

hygiene : Automation reduces manual handing to a
great extent. This ensures product purity and better
quality/ avoiding mixture of grades on the shop floor.
>Flexibility of Production
:Adjustable for various product capacities, if
necessary, by addition of extra lines or even run it
offline whenever needed. >Space
saving and economical : Being inline, the winding
station of the sheet line extruder and the unwinding
unit of the thermoformer become redundant. This saves
space to a large extent. >Reduced manpower requirement
: Since the processes are automated to a great
degree, manpower required to run the machine is reduced.
The grinder can be attached inline to make the entire
process a closed loop one.
