The machine consists of an extruder along with a T die, a chrome roll unit and winder to extrude the sheet.       Features Screw construction form special nitro alloy steel In built thrust housing gear box with compact base In built continuous screen changer facilitates quick changing of screen with no disturbance to the melt flow so there is savings in energy & less production downtime. Coat hanger shaped 'T' Die is centre fed with adjustable lip to set the required thickness & external deckling to adjust the sheet width Heating & cooling fluid circulation system suitable for water with temperature controller system. Closed loop PID type digital temperature controller ensuring high accuracy of heating system and saves energy to a great extent. Zone wise individual barrel covers for optimal distribution of heat & air circulation The entire extrusion line speed can be synchronized with the help of Master Control I & II. Master I control varies the speed of entire machine . Master II control varies the speed of calendar & Nip roll proportionately. Common cubicle controls provided at premium locations for easy operations
